My Story
I have always been obsessed with exercise. Hockey goalie was my original passion. I played hockey for nearly 20 years, ending my career playing in the professional minor leagues after earning All-American honors in my final year of college hockey at St. John’s University.
Even though I loved hockey as much as I did and dedicated the majority of my life to it, it was not where I felt the most joy. The summers I spent training for my sport were my oasis. Making improvements in the summer and putting countless hours into the grind made it all worth it.
After I played my last season, I felt lost. My off-season was always guided by what attributes I needed to get better at. Without a “next season” in front of me, I was forced to look inward and search for what I was training for next. Achieving above-average aesthetics was what I was going to dedicate my time to.
As I continue striving to reach my ever-increasing goals, I want to help others reach goals of their own. The most important facet of what I am aiming to do for those who sign up is to organize their workout schedules. So many people go to the gym and are unsure of what to do when they get there. I want to put all of those in order.
Another reason for this business is to help people create goals for themselves. Without proper goal-setting skills, hours of hard work can go unnoticed. Setting goals and tracking progress will help motivate you to get to the next level.
